2. How can I place a card on your web-site?
You need to complete the registration procedure in order to place an eCard on our website. Further, in the personal cabinet, when you click "Change eCard" button, you need to select a file on your personal computer. The chosen graphic file will be uploaded to our server and placed on your page as an eCard.
3. What format of card can I upload?
All our eCards have a size of 600px ( width) and 300px (height). You can use JPG/PNG image, GIF animation, flash movie, as well as full video from any popular video hosting as an eCard.

5. I forgot my account password. How can I recover it?
You need E-Mail, which you used when registering to restore your account. Use the page to restore
the access and follow the instructions that are provided to you. Do not confuse the registration E-Mail, with the contact E-Mail. Registration E-Mail is used exclusively for registration and account recovery. Unlike the contact, registration E-Mail, should be kept in secret to ensure the higher security of your account.

A card uploaded by the user is automatically displayed on the "Main wall" of our web-site. One page of the main wall can have a fixed number of the cards. The number of pages on the main wall is unlimited. Each card has its position on the main wall and can be shifted down, depending on the activity of users. 7. What should I enter to find cards and records?
The search of eCards is carried out by the name and description of the card. All cards will be displayed in the search results, in which there are matches according to the keywords you entered. Do not forget to specify the search criteria to narrow the search.
8. How can I change my account password?
Go to the "Settings" section of your personal account in order to change the password for your account. After that, enter the appropriate data in the form for changing the password.
9. How can I information to my card?
Log in to your account and go to the "Profile" link in order to add information to your card. On the data modification page, you can specify the subject matter of your card, your contact details, and also specify the name and description of your company.
10. What does "Raise card" button mean?
On one page of the main wall of our web-site is displayed a fixed number of electronic business cards. If you want your business card to occupy the first positions on the wall, use the "Raise business card" button. Electronic business cards located at the first positions of the main wall are the most visited ones by Internet users.
11. How can I confirm the official status of my company
You need to send an application via the feedback form in odrer to confirm the official status. Your company or your brand must have an official registration in accordance with the current legislation. Among other things, the company should have an article in Wikipedia, public status, high citations on the Internet and the media.
12. How can I delete my account?
Any user can delete his account. For that go to the "Settings" section. Then, enter the password in the appropriate form and confirm the removal operation. We draw your attention to the fact that the service saves your user data and at any time you can restore your account. To do this, log in again and in the opened account recovery panel, click the "Restore" button. The account and all user data will be completely deleted from the server, only after two months from the date of the account removal.
